The Willows is a 233 acre gated community that offers privacy, long-range views, creeks, streams and underground utilities. Located 20 minutes north of Waynesville and Maggie Valley, and 35 minutes west of Asheville. Minutes from I-40 and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

While our gravel/dirt roads are accessible by 2WD vehicles, utilizing 4WD, or All Wheel Drive, minimizes the need for repairs.

Who We Are
The Willows Property Owners Association is a non-profit corporation established for the purpose of maintaining the day-to-day operations of the residential community known as “The Willows.” Membership is comprised of property owners with a volunteer, elected Board of five Directors and four appointed Officers.
