New Gate Keypad Codes: It has been a while since the gate keypad code has been updated. A new keypad code has been assigned for members only and is now in effect. The old code will EXPIRE FEBRUARY 28, 2025. Gate remotes do not need to be changed. They will work with the new code.

New Feature: A gate keypad code has been added to be utilized by anyone temporarily accessing The Willows. Please provide this code to visitors, contract workers, short term renters, etc. 

A newsletter has been sent out to all members with the new codes. Should you happen to forget the codes, Log In/Sign Up to access the Member Info page and the codes can be found under Everything Gate.

Sue Gist has chosen to step down as Secretary. We would like to thank Sue for her hard work and all the years of service she has given to The Willows. We will miss her.

The Board is currently looking for someone to fill the vacant Secretary position. If interested, contact the Board of Directors at thewillowspoa@gmail.com.

In October, the Members will be voting on two Director positions. Being involved in maintaining the beauty of our Association can be very gratifying. There is no better way to get to know your fellow Members. All Members are welcome to serve on the Board of Directors. You don't have to live locally as meetings can be attended electronically.  If interested in a 2026 Director position, let the Board know at thewillowspoa@gmail.com.​
